About the Framework

Context Driven Project Management (CDPM) is a method-agnostic meta-framework by Simon Schwer. It complements existing project methods with a living context layer for AI-supported project steering.

Why project context matters

In every project, reality takes shape across plans, backlogs, emails, documents, and conversations. With each new signal, the documented state can move a little further from reality. CDPM calls this growing gap project context drift and provides a traceable process for continuously limiting it.
